Background & Experience

Natalya brings a unique value by identification and implementation of the International Business Development initiatives across borders, rolling out international projects, procurement, development of an international relations, corporate internal and external communications, event management to support organisations and their leaders in introducing up-to-date knowledge and finding people, expanding international networks, resources and capabilities across borders and boundaries.

Natalya has over 10 years of experience working in number of companies across Europe within different sectors (Human Resources, IT, Property & Real Estate, Wholesale & Retail, Event Management).

Education & Interests

Has a Masters Degree of International Management of Business Administration (MBA) & Human Resources from Barcelona Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Management and Marketing from the Amsterdam School of Business. Previously studying economics in the Moscow University of Humanitarian Sciences and followed the American Leadership Exchange Program back in High School.

Svetlana Galiseva

Background & Experience

Svetlana serves as a bridge between consulting and technology. She has 10 years of experience in telecommunications, leverages existing Internet technologies to improve the efficiency of distant work, communication and long-term collaboration both with single individuals and global companies. Integration and implementation of new businesses, "opening doors" are some of her expertise. Svetlana can be characterized as a global-thinker, relationships manager and a highly analytical contributor.

Education

Svetlana has a Masters Degree in International Management of Business Administration (MBA) from Barcelona Business School, Masters in Telecommunications and Bachelors in Radio Electronics and Computer Science from Riga Technical University.
